Resumen
- Own end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations for complex, cross-functional programs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation processes to capture business and end-user needs.
- Develop business process flows and workflow documentation.
Requisitos y detalle del puesto
- 6+ years of Project Management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional technology programs.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across teams and senior leadership levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience managing technical professionals and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience assessing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. Advanced, fluent business
- English proficiency, written and spoken, for client-facing collaboration.
